4. Submission of
papers
All paper submissions will be handled electronically through our
online

June 30 and July 23, 2013). The upload of the files (10 Mb max size)
and the payment of the registration fee will also be done through this
form.
ATTENTION: it is not necessary to send any hard copy/print files of the
paper to the ANPEC.
Each paper should be submitted through the online
system in two files:
1. one file containing the full text, including
identification of the author(s), which will be posted on the ANPEC site
if the paper is accepted;
2. another file, which will be sent by ANPEC to the scientific
commission for evaluation, which CANNOT contain the name of the author
and co-authors, their institutional affiliation, nor any other element
which could aid in their identification.
5. Selection system
The selection of papers will abide by the blind peer
review system, preserving the anonymity of the authors. Each author may
submit only one paper, although the same person may appear as co-author
on papers submitted by others.
Atention:
Remember that one of the files to be submitted through the online web
submission system CANNOT contain any information about the author(s),
nor contain any information which could help identify the authorship.
Should it fail to comply with this rule, it will be automatically
excluded from the selection process. The other file, on the other hand,
shall contain the full text and complete identification of authorship.
If any paper is submitted simultaneously to the ANPEC and SBE meetings,
it will also be excluded from the selection process.
The members of the Scientific Commitee are not allowed to submit papers
of their own, either as authors or co-authors, related to the area in
which they participate.
